Arena FAQ
Do we have to change our booking system?
No. Keep it if it works for you: players find you on the map and book with you directly, the way they do today. Or take bookings on MantaRay: online bookings with card deposits paid into your own Stripe account, phone bookings, pay links, a booking widget for your website, and reports.
How do results get recorded?
At launch, you or your event organiser record results after a session or event. They appear on player profiles a day later, never live.
Why do I need an email at our domain?
It's how we confirm you work at the arena. It stops someone else claiming your listing. If you don't have one, request a walkthrough and we'll verify you another way.
What about players under 18?
Under-18 profiles are private by default and never appear on public leaderboards. You can still record their results.
Who owns the data?
Your arena details are yours, and you can edit them any time. Players control their own profiles and privacy settings.
Can we remove our listing?
Yes. Ask us and we'll remove it within two business days.
